1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Property Inspector, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Service Description

Property Inspector provides property inspection, monitoring, and management services including:

• Property listing and verification
• Scheduled physical inspections with photo/video documentation
• Encroachment monitoring and alerts
• Government notice tracking
• Emergency inspection requests
• Legal assistance referrals

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the service independently.

4. Data Processing Consent

In accordance with the DPDP Act 2023:

• We will obtain your explicit consent before processing personal data.
• You may withdraw consent at any time through the Privacy & Data settings.
• Withdrawal of essential consent may limit your access to core features.

5. Account Deletion

• You may request account deletion at any time.
• A 30-day grace period allows you to reactivate before permanent deletion.
• Upon permanent deletion, all personal data and files are irreversibly erased.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, and technology of Property Inspector are owned by us. Your property data and documents remain your property.

7. Limitation of Liability

Property Inspector provides inspection reports as-is. We are not liable for decisions made based on inspection findings. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
